Delivery times & Shipping cost

We are based in Indonesia and all orders will be shipped through Indonesian Post, from Bali.

Your order will be processed within 3 business days. All our products are natural and we do new batches bi-weekly, ensuring that all products received are at the highest quality and freshness. Sometimes we even do ‘made to order’ if it is a bigger batch or a product was out of stock. That’s why we need some time to process your order.

Shipping cost to Indonesia is free.

For all international orders shipping cost is calculated based on weight. The more products your order the more is the shipping cost.

International orders:

Usually it takes from 3 to 5 weeks for your orders to arrive with Regular Shipping. Indonesian post might be unpredictable and sometimes US orders arrive faster than the ones sent to Philippines 😉 We will provide you with simple tracking to help gauge and predict arrival date of your order.

How to get your shipping estimate:

  • from the shop page choose desired products.
  • then open your shopping cart:  you will see your shipping cost

The shipping price is calculated based on weight cost. After adding or removing product from the card you can see your shipping cost change.

For international orders we offer Regular Shipping (mentioned above) and Express Expedited (faster).

Express Expedited shipping is fairly expensive in Indonesia. All orders with Express shipping will be sent with EMS post. Usually they arrive within 1 week. More detailed tracking is provided.


Domestic orders (all Indonesia):

All orders within Indonesia have free shipping. We use Indonesian post, or JNE.

The delivery time will be 2-3 business days (+order processing time mentioned above).

For local purchase, you can find our products from the list of retail stores.

In Bali we can also send your order with gojek to your villa or hotel. Only South of Bali is covered and your order has to be at least two products.


Cancellations & Return Policy

All cancellations can  be done in your account page before your order is shipped.

In case you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will fix that. Please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order.

Return policy:  If for some reason the product did not meet your expectation please let us know immediately. We want our customers to be happy with our products and we will make it up to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Otherwise we consider all sales are final and no longer valid for returns.

note:  Unfortunately it might sometimes take Indonesian post (or the Post in your country) longer for deliver. Please keep that in mind. We can’t cancel an order if it is already shipped. Contact us anyway to see if there is anything we can do. We value each and every customer and will do our best to find a fair, and compromising solution.
